Roma Town Council's Minutes of Meetings - 1886

By Chronofus - 6/12/2001

My notes are in [square brackets]
HW the mayor is His Worship the Mayor
All minutes are signed off by the mayor where he is present, or by the chairman where he is not. Only the minutes signed by people other than the mayor are noted. As far as I can keep myself spelling as they spelt, all misspellings are the original records. My typos are obvious. The use of capitals in the original text is far more pronounced than I use, as my typing skills precludes the heavy use of a lot of capitalisation.
